At CSC we are serious about gaining a customer’s trust so we do the job right the first time. Any concerns arising after completion are quickly addressed and resolved. Warranty work, although uncommon, is handled promptly and professionally. Our business philosophy is simple: We build business by building your trust. Service is tailored to the individual’s need. We meet with the customer and provide a detailed written estimate/ guarantee and, if requested, a certification of insurance. We have served hundreds of property owners and managers throughout the years, recognizing each project is unique and attention to detail is critical. Work can be scheduled on weekends and holiday's at the customer's request. Parking arrangements are worked out in advance for condos and apartment complexes. Barricades are positioned to protect the treated surfaces and then removed following final inspection. |
