Sealcoating an asphalt surface greatly improves the appearance of the building or residence it serves. So at CSC, we are meticulous about doing a neat job. Work starts with weed removal and a more thorough cleaning than anyone else in the business. When applying the sealcoat, great care is taken to keep it of brick and concrete. The application is completed with a straight, finished edge at the street. CSC only uses the highest quality sealer, locally manufactured to meet Federal specification RP355e, with added Silica Sand for improved traction and pedestrian safety. |
